AI Writing Evaluator — Creative Content

Alignerr is hiring creative writers and editors to evaluate AI-generated content. You'll compare writing samples, assess tone and style, identify factual errors, and help improve the creative writing capabilities of large language models. Responsibilities: - Compare pairs of AI-generated creative writing - Rate quality across dimensions: creativity, coherence, engagement - Write original creative samples for training data - Provide feedback on AI writing style and voice Requirements: - Published writing experience or English/Creative Writing degree - Strong editorial eye - Understanding of narrative structure and storytelling - 10+ hours per week availability
