Conversational AI Trainer

Outlier AI is seeking conversational AI trainers to have multi-turn conversations with AI chatbots and provide feedback. You'll help improve how AI models handle complex dialogues, follow instructions, and maintain context. Responsibilities: - Engage in structured conversations with AI models - Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness and accuracy - Provide feedback on conversation quality - Test edge cases and challenging scenarios Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Creative thinking for testing scenarios - Comfortable with technology - 10+ hours per week availability
