Surge AI is seeking NLP Data Annotators to label and classify text data for sentiment analysis models. You'll annotate customer reviews, social media posts, and support tickets to help train advanced natural language processing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Label text sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, mixed)
- Identify emotion and intent in text
- Annotate named entities and key phrases
- Maintain consistency across large datasets
Requirements:
- Strong reading comprehension
- Understanding of tone and context in text
- Experience with annotation tools is a plus
- Available for 15+ hours per week
